Advance Wars: Dual Strike (NDS) – Free and unblocked game (NO ROM) to play online

If war and strategy games are your thing, then Advance Wars: Dual Strike (AKA Famicom Wars DS – ファミコンウォーズDS Famikon Wōzu Dī Esu in Japan) is a great game for you.

Advance Wars was first introduced on the Gameboy Advance and has amassed a huge number of fans. It’s third version, the Advance Wars: Dual Strike, was introduced for the Nintendo DS in 2005 and the number of gamers who love it instantly grew.

As you begin the game, you will find yourself at the end of the first two Advanced Wars games. Peace has not yet been restored as the Black Hole Army is attacking OmegaLand once again. It your task to defend the land and crush the evil army once and for all.

You will be controlling troops and vehicle to complete missions. You’ll be capturing enemy bases, wiping out their army completely, and taking over buildings to increase your income. There are 28 missions that you need to complete in Campaign Mode, with the difficulty rapidly increasing. As you go through these, you’ll be able to have a clearer understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of your team.

There is never a dull moment when playing Advance Wars: Dual Strike. The challenges that each mission presents are enough to keep you thinking and excited, even when you are not playing the game. If you’re done with all 28 missions, you can keep enjoying the game through the Survival and Combat Modes.

The dual display of the game on the Nintendo DS just adds to the awesome new features of the game. The second screen displays a different battle. Yes, that means you can wage war on two fronts at the same time and control two commanders. Amazing, right?

Fans of Advanced Wars from its Game Boy release will be stoked to see the same characters in the game. There are a few others – armed with a different set of skills – who will be introduced, too.

Advance Wars: Dual Strike is a great game to play if you want to put your mind at work or if you just want to play around with war vehicles and weapons of mass destruction. Either way, it’s a great way to spend your time and money.

The game has been ported to NDS (this version) and Nintendo Virtual Console.
