Fatal Fury 3: Road to the Final Victory (NeoGeo) – Free and unblocked game (NO ROM) to play online

Fatal Fury 3: Road to the Final Victory (AKA 餓狼伝説3 遥かなる闘い, Garō Densetsu Surī Harukanaru Tatakai in Japan) was released back in 1995 by SNK. This game is the fourth game in the FF series after Fatal Fury Special and was considered as the first major graphic evolution since the “over sway” system was introduced. The characters play in the middle of the stage.

The major changes in this third installment is the three-lane system. This allows you to dodge or roll in the background and foreground. SNK introduced the three-lane system, allowing players to use more strategies during the battle. After choosing your character, you will need to pick up your starting opponent.
The characters also in this game were reduced, and some old characters were brought back.

There are 10 playable characters you can choose from. The character line up is good with many unique new characters. The gameplay is not quite okay, since there’s a change in the system that made the game quite hard to play. One of the new features is the fighting grade system. Players can now have a fighting grade of E to A, then S, SS and, SSS.

The graphics in Fatal Fury 3: Road to the Final Victory are incredibly good, especially the details on the background, as well as the details on each character. The backgrounds and characters are nicely animated. Neo Geo has always aces the graphics of their games.

The music and sound effects are very catchy. Every character in the game has his or her own theme music. Every single one of them is unique, and there is no repeated music. Who doesn’t love fresh music, right?

The graphics, music and sound effects are great, as expected from Neo Geo. The new “over sway” system is quite thrilling, because it allows players to use more strategies to the game. However, the gameplay itself is too hard and adjusting to the three lane system is difficult as well. The “test” that they’ve done didn’t really work for Fatal Fury 3. It’s not the worst installment in the Fatal Fury series, but definitely not the best.

Fatal Fury 3: Road to the Final Victory game has been ported to Neo Geo (this version), Neo-Geo CD, Sega Saturn, Windows, PlayStation 2, Virtual Console
