Art of Fighting 3 (NeoGeo) – Free and unblocked game (NO ROM) to play online
The first thing you’ll notice about Art of Fighting 3 (AKA Art of Fighting 3: The Path of the Warrior, ART OF FIGHTING 龍虎の拳 外伝 in Japan) for the NEO GEO is that it looks great. Just like the first two games, this one is gritty, with zooms going in on certain moves that make you feel like you’re watching a movie. It is the sequel to Art of Fighting 2 (1994).
Aside from your typical attack buttons, there’s also the rush move that you can make by holding on a direction button while pressing the punch or kick button. It’s a simple move, but it’s a fun way to take your opponent by surprise.
Speaking of taking your opponent by surprise, here in this game you can also attack someone after they’ve knocked you off of your feet. It seems like the developers this time around focused on making it easy for you to attack even while you’re at your most vulnerable positions.
The only characters to return from the previous games are Ryo and Robert. Unfortunately, there are only ten characters all in all to choose from. But worry not, because even if there are only a few characters, each one has a distinct style and set of actions that you will have an ample amount of time to explore and experiment with each one. At the end of the day, it’s quality over quantity after all, and Art of Fighting 3 certainly gets it.
The biggest improvement that was made in here is the intelligence of the AI. Fans who want to hone their fighting skills should be delighted to learn that they won’t have an all-too easy time trying to beat the AI. The AI also becomes more difficult as you progress through the levels. The progression is quite gradual, and it never feels like it gets hard too late or too soon.

Visually, the game has taken on a more cartoonish, over-the-top tone as opposed to the more realistic one that the series is known for. This is a good move because it’s a fighting game after all, meaning it’s not supposed to be taken too seriously.
They say third time’s the charm – well, it seems like that saying is true. With Art of Fighting 3, they’ve finally fine-tuned the fighting game to near perfection.
Art of Fighting 3 game has been ported to Arcade and Neo Geo (this version).
